Project Management Consultant, Chain Projects

Responsibilities
Independently manage full-process consulting for multiple new store or renovation projects for chain brands, ensuring delivery on budget, on schedule, and to brand standards.
Act as the core client contact and manage stakeholders including brand owners, designers, contractors, suppliers, property teams, and government bodies.
Lead project teams including junior project managers, coordinators, and site engineers, assigning tasks and guiding work quality and efficiency.
Prepare and control master project plans, identify and manage risks, resolve site issues, and manage contracts, cost, and changes.
Ensure project work complies with local regulations and support completion acceptance and store opening.
Summarize project experience and help improve internal project management processes and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
5+ years of commercial space project management experience; retail, restaurant, or chain store project experience preferred.
3+ years of team management or mentoring experience; leadership experience at a consulting firm, brand owner, or major contractor preferred.
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, CAD drawing review, and office software.
Class 1 Constructor, Class 1 Cost Engineer, or similar certificates preferred.
Able to adapt to frequent short-term business travel.
